Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By applying for or using pool memberships, key cards, or facility rentals, you agree to these terms and conditions, the Pool Rules, and all related agreements. Pool members must complete the annual Liability Waiver and Rules Agreement. Renters must complete and agree to the Rental Agreement for each reservation.

Membership Rules

All members, guests, and renters must follow posted pool rules and staff instructions at all times. Violations may result in suspension or revocation of membership, access privileges, or rental use without refund. The HOA reserves the right to deny or revoke access for safety, compliance, or conduct concerns.

Payment and Fees

Membership fees are due at the time of application or renewal. Additional fees may apply for key cards, replacements, or rental usage.

Refund Policy

Pool memberships are non-refundable once processed. Key card fees are non-refundable. Rental fees are governed by the signed Rental Agreement and may include separate cancellation or refund provisions.

In exceptional circumstances, written refund requests may be submitted to the HOA Board for consideration, but approval is not guaranteed.

Liability

Use of pool facilities is at your own risk. Members and renters acknowledge and accept responsibility through the required signed agreements. The HOA is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost or stolen property to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Supplemental Agreements

The annual Pool Membership Liability Waiver and Rules Agreement and any signed Rental Agreement are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. Where conflicts exist, the specific signed agreement governing the activity will control.

Changes to Terms

The HOA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members and renters will be notified of significant changes through official HOA communication channels.
